pgylsa: What Sibu can give you?

Well, usually, us Sarawakian, when we talk about Sibu, we will definitely be talking about the foods. Sibu 诗巫 is located right in the center of Sarawak. Located on the lovely island of Borneo. Sibu is known as the "New Fuzhou" by the citizen due to a huge migration of Foo Chow Chinese from Fujian Province of China back in 1901. But let's just cut the historical shits and talk about food.

Well, Foo Chow cuisine is already famous. They are everywhere! Even in New York city they have their Little Fuzhou. Foo Chow cuisine are so flavorful and has its special taste that it can hit you so hard until you recognize the beauty. They aren't like some other chinese cooking styles tho.

But cut the crap again, Sibu is so famous with chinese foods. And as usual, I will let photos explain to you how good the foods are.
